Great to see a16z exploring the region. During the next visit, it's worth making a stop in Dubai / Abu Dhabi. Interesting things going on here as well.
May I suggest morning steps outside carrying a weight or wearing a weighted vest, instead of indoor machine grinding. Walk 7K seps carrying a 25 kettlebell. Add a baby in a carrier and you won't need the weighted vest.
